Produktet që shiten janë programe trajnimi online, të quajtura por jo të kufizuara vetëm në NOVA AI, Golden Angels, Spark Pro, DeKripto të ofruara në një platformë private mësimore përmes WordPress dhe TutorLMS.
Trajnimi përfshin module të ndryshme edukative të regjistruara paraprakisht, të disponueshme online.
3. Aksesimi dhe Dorëzimi
Aksesi në përmbajtjen e trajnimit jepet në datën e shfaqur në faqen e programit përmes adresës së emailit ose numrit të WhatsApp-it të dhënë nga klienti.
Dorëzimi konsiderohet i kryer në momentin kur dërgohet linku i aksesit ose informacioni i hyrjes.
Kjo përbën provë të plotë të dorëzimit.
4. Çmimi dhe Pagesa
Trajnimi mund të blihet:
Me një pagesë të vetme
Ose me këste prej, por pa u kufizuar vetëm në, 2, 3 ose 5 pagesa. Numri i kësteve varet nga secili trajnim online.
Të gjitha pagesat bëhen në euro (€). Procesimi i pagesave kryhet nga Stripe. Çmimet shfaqen me përfshirje taksash, kur aplikohet.
5. E Drejta e Tërheqjes dhe Politika e Rimbursimit
Klienti mund të ushtrojë të drejtën e tërheqjes brenda 14 ditëve nga data e blerjes, për sa kohë që nuk ka aksesuar përmbajtjen e trajnimit.
Pasi të jetë dhënë aksesi, blerja konsiderohet përfundimtare dhe asnjë rimbursim nuk do të ofrohet pas periudhës 14-ditore.

6. Pronësia Intelektuale
E gjithë përmbajtja e trajnimit, materialet, videot dhe dokumentet mbrohen nga të drejtat e autorit dhe janë pronë ekskluzive e Alteco Management FZCO.
Çdo riprodhim, shpërndarje, rishitje ose publikim i këtij përmbajtje është rreptësisht i ndaluar.
Trajnimi është vetëm për përdorim personal dhe individual.
7. Ndajta e Llogarisë dhe Siguria
Çdo blerje ofron akses vetëm për një përdorues.
Ndarja e të dhënave të hyrjes me persona të tjerë është rreptësisht e ndaluar. Shkeljet mund të rezultojnë në pezullim të aksesit pa rimbursim dhe masa të mundshme ligjore.
8. Politika Strikte e Pagesave me Këste
Duke zgjedhur blerjen e programit me këste (2, 3, 5 ose më shumë pagesa), klienti angazhohet zyrtarisht të paguajë të gjitha këstet plotësisht.
Aksesi në program jepet menjëherë dhe përjetësisht pas pagesës së parë. Prandaj, blerja është detyruese dhe shuma e plotë duhet paguar, edhe nëse pjesëmarrësi vendos të mos vazhdojë me përmbajtjen.
A. Rëndësia e Pagesës së Plotë
Zgjedhja e planit me këste nuk anulon detyrimin për të paguar shumën e plotë.
Nuk ka mundësi anulimi ose ndalimi të pagesave pasi aksesi të jetë dhënë.
Aksesi i përjetshëm është i vlefshëm vetëm pasi të jetë paguar shuma e plotë e dakorduar.
B. Pasojat e Pagesave me Vonesë
Nëse një këst nuk paguhet në datën e parashikuar, zbatohen sa vijon:
0–7 ditë vonesë:
Asnjë penalitet. Klienti merr një kujtesë.
Dita 8–14 vonesë:
Aplikohet një tarifë vonese prej 10% mbi këstin e papaguar.
Dita 15–21 vonesë:
Shtohet një 10% tjetër (penalitet total = 20%).
Dita 22–30 vonesë:
Shtohet edhe 10% tjetër (penalitet total = 30%).
Mbi 30 ditë vonesë:
Aplikohet penalitet final prej 100% (shuma e detyruar = kësti i papaguar × 2).
Në të gjitha rastet, aksesi pezullohet pas 7 ditësh mos-pagesë dhe rikthehet vetëm pasi të jetë shlyer e gjithë shuma e prapambetur (përfshirë penalitetet).
Mos-zgjidhja e pagesave pas 30 ditëve mund të rezultojë në:
– Ndalesë të përhershme nga të gjitha programet aktuale dhe të ardhshme të Alteco Management FZCO dhe markave të saj të lidhura
– Veprime ligjore për të rikuperuar borxhin, përfshirë penalitetet, kostot ligjore dhe dëmet
C. Akses në Përfitimet e Programit dhe Certifikim
Pjesëmarrësit që paguajnë të gjitha këstet plotësisht dhe në kohë do të marrin certifikatën zyrtare të përfundimit të programit, do të marrin akses në bonuset (nëse ka), dhe do të bashkohen në rrjetin privat Alumni me përmbajtje dhe oferta ekskluzive.
D. Detyrimi për Pagesë të Plotë dhe Vazhdimësia e Aksesit
Planet me këste ofrohen ekskluzivisht si lehtësi financiare për të mbështetur studentët me kapacitet financiar të kufizuar. Ato nuk ndryshojnë në asnjë mënyrë detyrimin total të pagesës apo natyrën e marrëveshjes.
Pavarësisht nga plani i pagesës i zgjedhur, pjesëmarrësi angazhohet të paguajë shumën e plotë të dakorduar në tërësinë e saj. Pagesa e pjesshme nuk i jep pjesëmarrësit të drejtë për akses të pjesshëm, pronësi të pjesshme të përmbajtjes, apo të drejtën për të zgjedhur cilat module ose pjesë të programit dëshiron të aksesojë.
Nuk ekziston asnjë mekanizëm nëpërmjet të cilit pjesëmarrësi mund të vendosë të ndalojë pagesën e kësteve dhe të ruajë çfarëdo forme aksesi në program. Me këstin e parë të humbur ose të vonuar (përtej periudhës së mëshirës 7-ditore të përcaktuar më sipër), aksesi në program pezullohet menjëherë dhe rikthehet vetëm pas shlyerjes së plotë të të gjitha shumave të papaguara, përfshirë tarifat e vonimit të aplikueshme.
Pjesëmarrësi pranon shprehimisht se:
Këstet janë vetëm një mjet lehtësimi pagese, jo një opsion blerjeje modulare
Nuk ka asnjë mundësi për të paguar një pjesë të çmimit total dhe për të mbajtur akses në një pjesë përkatëse të përmbajtjes
Programi është i pandashëm dhe mund të aksesohet vetëm në tërësinë e tij pas pagesës së plotë
Ndalimi i pagesës së kësteve nuk përbën anulim të vlefshëm dhe nuk e lëshon pjesëmarrësin nga detyrimet e tij të mbetura të pagesës
Këto përfitime ofrohen vetëm për pjesëmarrësit që respektojnë plotësisht angazhimin e pagesave.
9. Modifikime dhe Përditësime
Përmbajtja e programit mund të përditësohet ose përmirësohet me kalimin e kohës. Këto ndryshime nuk i japin klientit të drejtën për rimbursim.
10. Ligji i Aplikuar dhe Juridiksioni
Këto kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Emirateve të Bashkuara Arabe.
Në rast mosmarrëveshjeje, gjykatat kompetente janë ato të Dubait, UAE.
11. Politika e Rimbursimit
A. E Drejta e Tërheqjes (14 Ditë)
Në përputhje me politikat tona dhe standardet e mbrojtjes së konsumatorit, klientët mund të kërkojnë rimbursim brenda 14 ditëve nga data e blerjes, për sa kohë që nuk kanë aksesuar materialet e trajnimit.
Marrja e kredencialeve të hyrjes për të aksesuar qoftë edhe një pjesë të përmbajtjes konsiderohet aksesim.

B. Përjashtimet nga E Drejta e Tërheqjes
Për shkak të natyrës digjitale të produktit dhe aksesit të menjëhershëm pas blerjes, çdo klient që ka aksesuar përmbajtjen, edhe pjesërisht, heq dorë nga e drejta e rimbursimit.
Me blerjen e programit, ju pranoni që aksesin e merrni menjëherë pas pagesës dhe që e drejta e tërheqjes nuk aplikohet pasi trajnimi të ketë filluar.
Ne rezervojmë të drejtën të verifikojmë aktivitetin e aksesit për të përcaktuar pranueshmërinë e rimbursimit.
C. Nuk Ka Rimbursime Pas 14 Ditësh

12. Mohim Përgjegjësie, Pa Garanci Rezultatesh & Pa Këshilla Financiare
Të gjitha programet, përfshirë por jo të kufizuara në coaching, trajnime, kurse digjitale, programe AI, programe biznesi dhe edukim të lidhur me kriptovalutat, ofrohen vetëm për qëllime edukative dhe informative. Alteco Management FZCO nuk ofron këshilla financiare, investimi, tatimore, ligjore, rekomandime të personalizuara tregtimi ose shërbime të rregulluara financiare.
Kompania nuk garanton të ardhura, fitime, rritje biznesi, performancë tregtimi ose investimi, përfitime financiare, avancim profesional apo ndonjë rezultat të caktuar. Çdo shembull, strategji, rast studimor ose dëshmi është ilustrues dhe nuk duhet interpretuar si premtim apo garanci. Duke u regjistruar në program, pjesëmarrësi pranon që çdo vendim financiar ose biznesor merret në mënyrë të pavarur dhe me përgjegjësi të plotë, dhe se tregjet e kriptovalutave kanë volatilitet të lartë dhe rrezik humbjeje të plotë kapitali. Pjesëmarrësi gjithashtu pranon që Alteco Management FZCO nuk mban përgjegjësi për asnjë humbje financiare, mungesë rezultatesh ose pakënaqësi lidhur me performancën individuale. Në asnjë rrethanë kompania ose themeluesit e saj nuk mbajnë përgjegjësi për humbje të të ardhurave, fitimeve, mundësive, investimeve ose dëme të tjera të shkaktuara nga përdorimi ose keqpërdorimi i informacionit të ofruar.
Të gjitha programet tona – përfshirë por jo të kufizuar në Nova AI, Golden Angels, Spark Pro, E-Com Angels, DeKripto dhe të tjerë – synojnë të mbështesin zhvillimin tuaj personal dhe profesional. Trajnimet mund të trajtojnë tema si vetëbesimi, lidershipi, aftësitë teknike dhe kreative, zhvillimi i karrierës online dhe mentaliteti sipërmarrës.

1. Company Information

2. Product Description
The products sold are online training programs, including but not limited to NOVA AI, Golden Angels, Spark Pro, and DeKripto, delivered through a private learning platform via WordPress and TutorLMS. Training consists of various pre-recorded educational modules available online.
3. Access and Delivery
Access to training content is granted on the date displayed on the program page, via the email address or WhatsApp number provided by the client. Delivery is considered complete at the moment the access link or login credentials are sent. This constitutes full proof of delivery.
4. Pricing and Payment
Training may be purchased:
In a single payment, or
In installments of, but not limited to, 2, 3, or 5 payments (the number of installments depends on each individual online training).
All payments are made in euros (€). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The client may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they have not accessed any training content. Once access has been granted, the purchase is considered final and no refund will be offered after the 14-day period. To request withdrawal, the client must send an email to: info@helgacacani.com
6. Intellectual Property
All training content, materials, videos, and documents are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Alteco Management FZCO. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or publication of this content is strictly prohibited. The training is for personal and individual use only.
7. Account Sharing and Security
Each purchase grants access to one user only. Sharing login credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension of access without refund and potential legal action.
8. Strict Installment Payment Policy
By choosing to purchase the program in installments (2, 3, 5, or more payments), the client officially commits to paying all installments in full. Access to the program is granted immediately and permanently upon the first payment. Therefore, the purchase is binding and the full amount must be paid, even if the participant chooses not to continue with the content.
A. Importance of Full Payment
Choosing an installment plan does not cancel the obligation to pay the full amount. There is no possibility of cancellation or stopping payments once access has been granted. Lifetime access is only valid once the full agreed amount has been paid.
B. Consequences of Late Payments
If an installment is not paid by the scheduled date, the following applies:
0–7 days late: No penalty. The client receives a reminder.
Day 8–14: A late fee of 10% is applied to the unpaid installment.
Day 15–21: An additional 10% is added (total penalty = 20%).
Day 22–30: A further 10% is added (total penalty = 30%).
Over 30 days late: A final penalty of 100% is applied (amount owed = unpaid installment × 2).
In all cases, access is suspended after 7 days of non-payment and restored only once the full outstanding amount (including penalties) has been settled. Failure to resolve payments after 30 days may result in:
Permanent ban from all current and future programs of Alteco Management FZCO and its associated brands
Legal action to recover the debt, including penalties, legal costs, and damages
C. Access to Program Benefits and Certification
Participants who pay all installments in full and on time will receive the official program completion certificate, access to bonuses (if applicable), and membership in the private Alumni network with exclusive content and offers. These benefits are available only to participants who fully honor their payment commitment.
D. Full Payment Obligation and Access Continuity
Installment plans are offered exclusively as a financial accommodation to support students with limited immediate financial capacity. They do not in any way modify the total payment obligation or the nature of the agreement.
Regardless of the payment plan chosen, the participant commits to paying the full agreed amount in its entirety. Partial payment does not entitle the participant to partial access, partial ownership of the content, or any right to select which modules or portions of the program they wish to access.
There is no mechanism by which a participant may decide to stop paying installments and retain any form of access to the program. Upon the first missed or late installment (beyond the 7-day grace period outlined above), access to the program will be suspended immediately and will only be restored upon full settlement of all outstanding amounts, including applicable late fees.
The participant expressly acknowledges that:
- Installments are a payment facilitation tool only, not a modular purchase option
- There is no possibility to pay a portion of the total price and keep access to a corresponding portion of the content
- The program is indivisible and can only be accessed in its entirety upon full payment
- Stopping installment payments does not constitute a valid cancellation and does not release the participant from their remaining payment obligations.
9. Modifications and Updates
Program content may be updated or improved over time. Such changes do not entitle the client to a refund.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of Dubai, UAE.
11. Refund Policy
A. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with our policies and consumer protection standards, clients may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they have not accessed any training materials. Receiving login credentials to access even a portion of the content is considered access. To exercise this right, the client must submit a written request to: info@helgacacani.com
B. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon purchase, any client who has accessed the content, even partially, waives their right to a refund. By purchasing the program, you agree that access is granted immediately upon payment and that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the training has begun. We reserve the right to verify access activity to determine refund eligibility.
C. No Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances, except as required by law.
D. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:
Double payment
Verified technical issues preventing access for more than 14 consecutive days
Other documented circumstances, at the sole discretion of our team

Terms and Conditions of Sale – Seminar Week-end Spark
1. Company Information
The in-person seminar “Week-end Spark” is organized and sold by Alteco Management FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with license number 49281, located at 49281-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

2. Event Description
The product being sold is participation in the in-person training seminar titled Week-end Spark, which will take place in Tirana, Albania on the following dates:
May 22 and 23, 2025 – 1.5 days seminar covering business, personal growth, and mindset development.
May 24, 2025 – Private, exclusive VIP mastermind with Helga and Yann (only available to Diamond ticket holders). Half a day
The seminar will consist of live presentations, exercises, and interactive sessions. The working languages of the seminar will be Albanian and occasionally English.
The organizer does not provide food, drinks, accommodation, or transport as part of the ticket price. These are the sole responsibility of the participant.
3. Access and Delivery
Access to the seminar is granted by showing a valid confirmation of registration, such as a ticket, confirmation email, or WhatsApp confirmation, at the venue entrance on the day of the event.
Tickets are nominative and strictly personal. They cannot be transferred, gifted, or resold without prior written authorization from Alteco Management FZCO.
Admission is subject to compliance with the venue’s rules, including safety and security regulations. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
Discounts may occasionally be offered to past students of Alteco Management FZCO programs. To benefit from such discounts, participants must present proof of being a past student at the entry. Without proof, the full ticket price will apply.
All payments are to be made in euros (€).
Payments are processed via Stripe or any other secure payment platform chosen by Alteco Management FZCO.
Prices are displayed inclusive of taxes where applicable.
5. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In compliance with applicable consumer standards, participants may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the event has not yet taken place.
Exclusions
No refunds will be issued once the seminar has started.
No refunds are available for non-attendance, late arrival, or partial participation.
No refunds are provided for associated expenses such as accommodation, travel, or food.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional conditions, such as:
Duplicate payment
Event cancellation by the organizer
Other situations at the sole discretion of Alteco Management FZCO
How to Request a Refund
Requests must be made in writing via email to: info@helgacacani.com.
The request must include the participant’s full name, date of purchase, and proof of payment.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All seminar materials, including but not limited to presentations, slides, handouts, and documentation provided during or after the event, are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Alteco Management FZCO.
Participants are not permitted to:
Reproduce, record, or distribute seminar content.
Share seminar materials with third parties.
Resell or repurpose any seminar-related intellectual property.
Any violation of these rules may result in legal action.
7. No Result Guarantee
The Weekend Spark seminar is designed for educational and motivational purposes. Alteco Management FZCO makes no guarantees regarding income, career outcomes, or personal transformations.
Results vary widely depending on personal effort, background, and commitment.
The company cannot be held liable for dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations or lack of results.
8. Ticket and Transfer Policy
Tickets are strictly nominative and may only be used by the registered participant.
Transferring or reselling tickets without authorization is prohibited.
Diamond privileges (front-row seats, mastermind access) are exclusive and cannot be reassigned.
9. Modification, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Alteco Management FZCO reserves the right to modify the seminar schedule, program, or list of speakers if necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
In the event of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be granted if the participant cannot attend the rescheduled event.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
Alteco Management FZCO is not responsible for any external costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or visa expenses.
10. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the seminar. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of venue rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from participation in the seminar shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Disclaimer
By purchasing a ticket and attending the seminar, participants confirm that:
They are at least 18 years old.
They are physically and mentally capable of attending a full-day seminar.
They understand that the seminar does not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
They accept that the seminar is educational and motivational only, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
13. Force Majeure
Alteco Management FZCO shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver the event in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the company reserves the right to reschedule or adapt the format of the event without refund obligations.
14. Final Provisions
By purchasing a ticket to Weekend Gold, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These terms constitute the full agreement between Alteco Management FZCO and the participant. Any other verbal or written agreements are considered null unless confirmed in writing by Alteco Management FZCO.

2. Përshkrimi i Eventit
Produkti i ofruar është pjesëmarrja në seminarin fizik të titulluar Week-end Spark, i cili do të zhvillohet në Tiranë, Shqipëri në datat:
22 & 23 May 2025 – Seminar njëditor i plotë mbi biznesin, zhvillimin personal dhe mendësinë sipërmarrëse.
24 May 2025 – Mastermind privat dhe ekskluziv me Helgën dhe Yann (i disponueshëm vetëm për mbajtësit e biletës Diamond).
Seminari do të përfshijë prezantime të drejtpërdrejta, ushtrime praktike dhe sesione interaktive. Gjuhët e punës do të jenë kryesisht shqip dhe herë pas here anglisht.
Organizatori nuk ofron ushqim, pije, akomodim apo transport si pjesë e çmimit të biletës. Këto janë përgjegjësi e vetë pjesëmarrësit.
3. Hyrja dhe Dorëzimi
Hyrja në seminar bëhet duke paraqitur një konfirmim të vlefshëm regjistrimi, si p.sh. biletë, email konfirmimi ose konfirmim WhatsApp, në hyrjen e sallës ditën e eventit.
Biletat janë emërore dhe rreptësisht personale. Ato nuk mund të transferohen, dhurohen ose rishesin pa autorizimin me shkrim të Alteco Management FZCO.
Hyrja kushtëzohet nga respektimi i rregullave të sallës, përfshirë ato të sigurisë. Mospërputhja me rregullat mund të rezultojë në refuzim hyrjeje pa të drejtë rimbursimi.
4. Çmimet dhe Pagesa
Mund të ofrohen zbritje për ish-studentët e programeve të Alteco Management FZCO. Për të përfituar nga këto zbritje, pjesëmarrësit duhet të paraqesin dëshmi të qartë që kanë qenë studentë në hyrje. Në mungesë të dëshmisë, aplikohet çmimi i plotë i biletës.
Të gjitha pagesat kryhen në euro (€).
Pagesat përpunohen nëpërmjet Stripe ose platformave të tjera të sigurta të zgjedhura nga Alteco Management FZCO.
Çmimet shfaqen me taksat e përfshira, kur është e zbatueshme.
5. Politika e Rimbursimit dhe E Drejta e Tërheqjes
E drejta e tërheqjes (14 ditë)
Në përputhje me standardet e konsumatorit, pjesëmarrësit mund të kërkojnë rimbursim brenda 14 ditëve nga data e blerjes, për sa kohë që eventi nuk ka filluar ende.
Përjashtime
Nuk do të bëhen rimbursime pasi seminari ka filluar.
Nuk ka rimbursim për mospjesëmarrje, vonesë apo pjesëmarrje të pjesshme.
Nuk ka rimbursim për shpenzime shtesë si akomodim, udhëtim apo ushqim.
Rrethana të jashtëzakonshme
Rimbursimet mund të merren në konsideratë vetëm në raste të veçanta, si:

Anulimi i eventit nga organizatori
Situata të tjera sipas gjykimit të vetëm të Alteco Management FZCO
Si të kërkoni rimbursim
Kërkesat duhet të dërgohen me shkrim në email: info@helgacacani.com.
Kërkesa duhet të përmbajë emrin e plotë të pjesëmarrësit, datën e blerjes dhe provën e pagesës.
Rimbursimet, nëse miratohen, do të përpunohen brenda 7 ditëve pune.
6. Pronësia Intelektuale
Të gjitha materialet e seminarit, përfshirë prezantimet, slidet, fletët shoqëruese dhe dokumentet e shpërndara gjatë ose pas eventit, mbeten pronë ekskluzive e Alteco Management FZCO.
Pjesëmarrësit nuk kanë të drejtë të:
Riprodhojnë, regjistrojnë ose shpërndajnë përmbajtjen e seminarit.
Ndajnë materialet me palë të treta.
Rishesin ose ripërdorin çdo material intelektual të lidhur me seminarin.
Çdo shkelje mund të sjellë pasoja ligjore.
7. Asnjë Garanci Rezultatesh
Seminari Week-end Spark është hartuar për qëllime edukative dhe motivuese. Alteco Management FZCO nuk jep asnjë garanci për të ardhura, arritje profesionale apo transformime personale.
Rezultatet ndryshojnë gjerësisht në varësi të përpjekjes, përvojës dhe angazhimit personal.
Kompania nuk mund të mbahet përgjegjëse për pakënaqësi që lidhen me pritshmëritë subjektive apo mungesën e rezultateve.
8. Politika e Biletave dhe Transferimit
Biletat janë rreptësisht personale dhe mund të përdoren vetëm nga pjesëmarrësi i regjistruar.
Transferimi ose rishitja e biletave pa autorizim është i ndaluar.
Përfitimet Diamond (ulëset në rreshtin e parë, mastermind privat) janë ekskluzive dhe nuk mund të kalojnë tek të tjerët.
9. Ndryshime, Shtyrje dhe Anulime
Alteco Management FZCO rezervon të drejtën të ndryshojë orarin, programin ose listën e folësve nëse është e nevojshme. Këto ndryshime nuk japin të drejtë rimbursimi.
Në rast shtyrjeje, biletat mbeten të vlefshme për datën e re. Rimbursimet do të jepen vetëm nëse pjesëmarrësi nuk mund të marrë pjesë në datën e re.
Në rast anulimi nga organizatori, pjesëmarrësit do të marrin rimbursim të plotë të çmimit të biletës së paguar.
Alteco Management FZCO nuk mban përgjegjësi për shpenzime shtesë të pjesëmarrësve, përfshirë udhëtimin, akomodimin apo vizat.
10. Kodi i Sjelljes
Pjesëmarrësit pritet të mbajnë sjellje të respektueshme dhe profesionale gjatë gjithë seminarit. Sjelljet e papërshtatshme, ngacmimi apo shkelja e rregullave të sallës mund të sjellin përjashtim nga eventi pa të drejtë rimbursimi.
11. Ligji i Zbatueshëm dhe Juridiksioni
Këto kushte qeverisen nga ligjet e Emirateve të Bashkuara Arabe.
Çdo mosmarrëveshje që del nga pjesëmarrja në seminar do të trajtohet nga gjykatat kompetente të Dubait, EBA.
12. Përjashtim nga Përgjegjësia
Duke blerë një biletë dhe duke marrë pjesë në seminar, pjesëmarrësit konfirmojnë se:
Janë të paktën 18 vjeç.
Janë në gjendje të mirë fizike dhe mendore për të marrë pjesë në një seminar njëditor.
E kuptojnë që seminari nuk ofron këshilla ligjore, mjekësore, financiare ose psikologjike.
Pranojnë që seminari është edukativ dhe motivues dhe rezultatet nuk garanto
